Doodle is cool when theres a challenge and you get the badges from the challenges, and right now i am doing the summer challenge. But there is a glitch that sometimes occurs. When i get a question right, it says its wrong. And im talking about when you finish your 8 a day. I got one question wrong but it says i got two wrong! It would be polite of you to fix that glitch because its a bit unfair to people. Its not a big problem its just i want you to fix it. Thanks alot! :3

Log in issues
I signed up to the free trial and my child did the assessment. I then got logged out and it wouldn't let me log back in. Kept going around in circles with logging in, going into the parent dashboard and asking me to enter a pin. I couldn't get past this stage and kept getting logged out again.

Shame about glitches
This apps are amazing. I paid the full year subscription for my son, he enjoys and doesn’t really take it as “learning” and I’m overall happy he’s learning. However, every couple days we need to login again, alternating in between apps, it’s a nightmare, while you write the password the cursor moves and steps back, so you ended up writing all over the place and doesn’t cancel only one letter but the whole thing, basically every couple days I have to go through this nightmare now make it by 4.
It’s a shame they’re such great apps but if this glitch doesn’t fix I will not renew for the next year

I am someone who has a parent account and a student account
It is amazing it’s fun and helpful but the only thing is sometimes the wording is a little wrong and the the one thing they can add is like each lesson it tells you how many stars
App times out about once every two weeks
Every two weeks or so the app times out and then requires the parent password, but when this happens it gets stuck in a recursive loop of asking for the password, showing the login screen, offering the child select screen, and then asking for the password again. Staff are apparently aware of this but when I first asked them for assistance with the issue they were very dismissive. I have to delete the app each time this happens and log in again, which, because it doesn’t pull automatic password completion, is an annoying process. If we didn’t have to use it for school I wouldn’t touch this with a bargepole.

Login screens infuriating
It may be different if you log in a different way but as a parent i’m forever needing to manually type passwords - and even then loads of the time it doesnt work

It did help my daughter but she is getting bored about it and you need to change it. She can hack it very easily and she is great at adding numbers but it won’t move on.

Awful UI
App is ok but the experienced is ruined by the log in process - doesn’t allow auto fill from a password manager, doesn’t even allow you to copy and paste your password and if you switch apps to get your password you have to restart the login process from scratch.
