Log in issues
I signed up to the free trial and my child did the assessment. I then got logged out and it wouldn't let me log back in. Kept going around in circles with logging in, going into the parent dashboard and asking me to enter a pin. I couldn't get past this stage and kept getting logged out again.

Shame about glitches
This apps are amazing. I paid the full year subscription for my son, he enjoys and doesn’t really take it as “learning” and I’m overall happy he’s learning. However, every couple days we need to login again, alternating in between apps, it’s a nightmare, while you write the password the cursor moves and steps back, so you ended up writing all over the place and doesn’t cancel only one letter but the whole thing, basically every couple days I have to go through this nightmare now make it by 4.
It’s a shame they’re such great apps but if this glitch doesn’t fix I will not renew for the next year

I am someone who has a parent account and a student account
It is amazing it’s fun and helpful but the only thing is sometimes the wording is a little wrong and the the one thing they can add is like each lesson it tells you how many stars
App times out about once every two weeks
Every two weeks or so the app times out and then requires the parent password, but when this happens it gets stuck in a recursive loop of asking for the password, showing the login screen, offering the child select screen, and then asking for the password again. Staff are apparently aware of this but when I first asked them for assistance with the issue they were very dismissive. I have to delete the app each time this happens and log in again, which, because it doesn’t pull automatic password completion, is an annoying process. If we didn’t have to use it for school I wouldn’t touch this with a bargepole.

Login screens infuriating
It may be different if you log in a different way but as a parent i’m forever needing to manually type passwords - and even then loads of the time it doesnt work

It did help my daughter but she is getting bored about it and you need to change it. She can hack it very easily and she is great at adding numbers but it won’t move on.

App is ok but the experienced is ruined by the log in process - doesn’t allow auto fill from a password manager, doesn’t even allow you to copy and paste your password and if you switch apps to get your password you have to restart the login process from scratch.

I gave doodle one star because it is always a faff me and my son struggle with all the questions me and my son hate doodle no it's not a good deal they get money we get less money and bad learning as well and no win win so unfair I can’t bare this app don’t use it it’s terrible and a waste off timeI won’t use doodle again ever I’ll have too find something better than doodle.

Great for people who struggle with maths
I gave this 5 stars because honestly, my doodle age started so low that it was depressing. After only 2 weeks, I was at the age I needed to be! You start by having 10 mini assessments (not the boring type you get in school) then it will personalise your questions and teachers / parents/ legal guardians can set you rewards and assignments. You also have an 8-a day set of questions which improves your confidence and age. This is like a therapist telling you that it’s okay to be nervous but if you keep going m you’ll get there eventually. ❤️😊 Thank you all for reading and I hope that Doodle learning helps you and your children!
