I’ve been a user of DOC for several years now. I’ve literally been 30,000 feet in the air on a plane due to an emergency and needed immediate coverage and help with an inspection last minute. I posted and had a a request instantly. The agent who showed up was amazing and just what I needed. I’ve sold 3 homes through Open Houses I couldn’t attended and ironically ended up working both sides on 2 of them just giving a referral and paying for the coverage. I’ve helped buyers with last minute showing requests I couldn’t be at or I was far away and they would’ve had to wait. This helped me get buyers in quickly that day and under contract which is huge especially when we were in the Covid market and houses were only on market 1 or 2 days tops. I’ve also been able to network and become friends and worked deals with agents that have helped me or I have helped through the app. There are a few things like anything else that can improve as it pertains to the app but overall it’s helped me out more times than I can count and for that I am forever grateful. It’s also entirely free at the time I’m writing this so you only pay when you are in a bind and need to but you control what you offer as payment. Thank you! Keep it up! Get this app!

1. Open House Testimony - when I was first starting out in the business and did my first open house posted by another agent who needed someone to host I was able to keep all the leads who came through to view the home. This lead to myself creating relationships with two different groups and ended up closing two deals on separate purchases for both.
Last month I also needed open house coverage on one of my listings while I was out of town on vacation and used the app to find a great agent. They hosted it that weekend and we executed a contract and closed!
Highly recommend all agents and their brokerages/teams to download and use this app. You will not be disappointed! We are all in the same business and have to work together to get these deals done!

Doors Open Connect has helped me close multiple deals while I was on vacation with my family. It allowed me to enjoy family time but also make sure my open houses were covered in a click of a button. Highly recommend too busy or new agents.
Horrible Registration Process
Was registering - entered all my info. When it asked to upload a photo it sent me to my iPhones settings to give this app permission to my photos. I did that and when I went back to the app everything I filled out was gone and it took me back to the start. Waste of time. Can only imagine what else doesn’t work. Also, it doesn’t have my brokerage in the list nor a way to add a new one to their list. Not helpful.
