- New subscription plans: Free (1 property), Plus (up to 5 properties — $6.99/mo or $59.99/yr), and Pro (unlimited properties — $14.99/mo or $119.99/yr). Jobs, receipts, and income are unlimited on every plan - Existing Premium subscribers keep full access (treated as Pro-equivalent); Premium is no longer offered to new buyers once this release ships - Sold properties still count toward your plan limit — permanently delete a property to free a slot, or upgrade - On Jobs, Receipts, and Income, the Property filter now uses checkboxes like Reports — pick any combination of properties instead of only one at a time - On Receipts, you can also check Unassigned to include or focus on receipts not tied to a property - When you filter Jobs or Income to a single property, the Unit filter still appears so you can narrow to Common or a specific unit - Archive replaced with Mark as Sold — properties are no longer archived; tap the Active or Sold on [date] badge under the property address in the detail panel to set or update the sale date.
