This game has turned into a cult classic for me. I’ve got proof from original game registrations in 2002 from when I first bought a copy. I play it nightly before going to sleep and during bathroom pits stops. I do wish they would bring back the original drug names like peyote and other names.

Didn’t buy a game for it to strategically screw me every time it wasn’t bad at first but the last month or so it’s just sucked balls
It’s fine
It’s not so much a bad game. In ways it’s much richer than the og game. Thematically tho, I’m a little baffled. In some ways it seems like it’s trying to appeal to a younger audience what with the jokey weapons, but then you’re randomly looting a corpse on a subway. It’s WILDLY inconsistent that way. Also, it really messed me up going from N to N+ and the value of the strains flipped but they were still on the bottom and idek, it made my brain itch. Anyway, good build of a familiar game. I’m just not entirely sure who this is for.

I’ve been waiting for a remake of this since I left high school in 2005. Used to play it on pc at school. This is fantastic. Was thinking it needs a bit of a visual lift like a setting of of the min City I.e Sydney harbour bridge for Sydney etc. also maybe when you fly to a main city from one to the other that the markets change.

Would love to see just a little updating to the game like maybe a more detailed price drops and gains and maybe a little more to do in the game with that said I really enjoy the old school game feel I remember playing this back in high school on my graphing calculator

There was this version of Dopewars with clans and schools/classes. You should get that source-code and turn it into an app!!!!!!! That would be great.
This Dopewars is great the full feel of the original. It also has seeds, which let you replay the same scenario over and over till you get it correct !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I really can’t say anything negative about this game. And that is UNICORN LEVEL in game terms!!!! All other games have some MAJOR issues. This one doesn’t, if more people played there would be more scores, but that aside you can be at the top of any tier, you just need to find the right seed!!!!

Addictive
It took a bit to get used to but this version is more addictive than the original
Absolutely fantastic
The fact that you can actually change the items that you sell and you can input your own text as to what the game will pop up as for the explanation why the prices dip or hike, really improves this game. I enjoy all of the open ended options you left the end user with.

It has aged well, and is a great way to pass the time when on the train or in a waiting room.

I guess if you get to high of a score you get banned from the game center. How awesome.
Alas we can now cheat.
The latest update now includes the ability to purchase items using real money.
I’ve really enjoyed this game as a way to switch off over the years. The new features feel like legitimised cheating rendering the competitive side of the game obsolete.
I shall be uninstalling. Goodbye Dopewars.
