Stick to Just Eat
We were sent the complete wrong order, we told the delivery guy and he just shrugged and said ring the shop. As it got delivered just after 10pm both shops were closed so we emailed to request a refund. We then waited for a response for two days, rang both Witham and Beverley Road stores, both of which were unhelpful and said because it’s on the Dope Eats app they can’t issue a refund like they can on Just Eat so they would refer it to the owner and would get a refund in 3-5 days. It’s now been two weeks, emailed twice, shops unhelpful and no refund or response yet.

Waste of time
They don't accept the loyalty card in store anymore, but they have like 4 big adverts all over telling you to download the app!

Great functionality, now transferred to different web app with much higher functionality and so much more choice all my fave takeaways in one place
Changes to App?
I’ve only used this app twice (used to go in to order before lockdown). But the first time I ordered I did so in the app and could order in advance. Today when I tried, it opens into a webpage and is only available for order now. I also tried to sign up for the loyalty scheme but every email address I tried showed up as not recognised. Weird!

Dope Eats
I highly recommend the Dope Eats app - quick and efficient service. The burgers are the best I have tasted. The Black and Blue burger and the Smoked Dope are my own favourites. Fabulous range of unique chicken dishes as well. Five stars all day long.
