Excellent: just minor bugs
It is a clean, easy to use music player. I love it. Just a couple of minor bugs I am sure the developer will fix them soon.
Really good Music App
A beautiful player and great praise to the developer for the UI design, which makes it stand out from a lot of music players! I only need two things to make it my perfect music player. Unfortunately, there is no list view under albums and it would be nice if there was an alternative Now Play view, where the cover and the controls are slightly smaller and less "in your face". A more classic now play view. Then I would be wishlessly happy!

I purchased the premium version of this app but as soon as I open the app it crashes on its own with 5 seconds every time. I cannot even use the app. Huge waste of money.
Excellent UI, but too buggy
I really want to love Doppi. The UI is second to none, thoughtfully laid out, and it’s actually so fun and a joy to use—when it works, that is. I have a larger library, about 70 gigs, and Doppi is basically unusable and crashes frequently if I’m doing something as simple as skipping a song or two or even just importing music. I’ll try it again someday after the kinks are worked out.

Still the Best
Been enjoying DOPPI for years. The extended features (like Get Lyrics) make this app exceptionally enjoyable.
The only issue that needs attention is when in Artist mode the only songs that play are in the ones in an album; if songs are not in a displayed album, those songs will not play.
The author of Doppi is very conscientious and continues to resolve issues and improve operations and capabilities.

Good app but super buggy
I’ve been using Doppi now for around 2/3 months and I like it overall but it really does have some frustrating bugs. Super slow to open, crashes randomly and it opens occasionally on car play.

Just wish there was a feature to set a custom picture for playlists. Makes them more recognizable in a glance instead of reading their names

J'aimerais que toutes les applis gratuites soient aussi bien développées et plaisantes à l'œil! Ça fonctionne, ça fait ce qu'on lui demande, pas grand chose à redire.
Quelques petits ajustements purement graphiques sur l'UI pourraient être faits comme la pochette d'album actuellement décentrée verticalement dans le lecteur plein écran mais honnêtement, je chipote.

Great player, very buggy though
Great and simple music player for your iOS device. Much better than the default iOS music app and worth every penny if a stable release comes out.
There are lots of pesky bugs though. The updating logo is right over the play/pause icon making it tricky to pause music when the library is updating which seems like it’s constantly updating. The app crashes a lot - not exaggerating this. Each crash resets your play count and any playlist you create. CarPlay causes the player to crash about every 10 seconds, not a big deal but is annoying.
Overall a great music player for your personal music library but the constant and consistent bugs make it difficult for daily use. I may give it another change whenever a major update comes out.

Music sounds New!!!
Please if it possible to fix: when first song finish playing, gain level itself resets to 0 however the slider toggle stay on same position, you can hear that when next song starts to play, also in Apple Music to compare the sound stage feels a bit more spacious. Running on Mac OS it impossible to open Doppi music folder. Would be nice to add ability run music library from external folders.
Overall great app that gives you alternative. Big thanks to developer for listening, feedback is important too. Enjoy!!!

Fantastic! Really hope it keeps being updated
After a long and arduous search, finally! A good offline music player for iOS! Very worth the price. I hope it keeps being updated, there are some issues with audio skipping while listening to OPUS codec files, but otherwise, it looks great, runs great, and makes things feel personal for a local music library without a dumb subscription or strings attached. Please keep updating this! Very worthwhile!

CarPlay needs to be fixed
App is great. But CarPlay supports leaves a lot to be desired. The player doesn’t stay on the screen on my dash. So I have to reopen the app several times, which is very unsafe.
Please fix the EQ and give more presets
EQ weird. Otherwise, best UI I’ve seen in a music player app. It’s difficult to leave this app. So good that i paid for it. Lyrics display nicely when timed lyrics are available. Animations are smooth. Lots of thoughtfully considered UI elements.

Lag & Crashing problem
I honestly love this app and it’s UI but thr thing is it’s lag and crash alot, especially when you are editing something in the get info
Tried all local music players on App Store, this is the best
I needed a decent local offline music player and this is the only one on the entire App Store that checked all my boxes. I genuinely tried like 30 before settling on this, it’s really good. I’ve never written an app review before if that says anything
Features nobody else had in combination:
Ability to add to liked songs
Ability to bulk select songs to add to LIKED SONGS and playlists
Ability to export playlist file for backup
Customizable interface
Offering a lifetime license that isn’t $70
Not collecting data
Please consider adding these features:
Ability to export “liked songs” just like you can with other playlists
A select all button when selecting multiple tracks to add
Possible bug I encountered:
CarPlay, if I hit the heart button, then skip to the next song the next songs all show as hearted. To heart the next song, I have to hit the heart button twice (unheart and heart) no big deal
