takes wrong direction
This app kept sending me to the other side of the park and in the wrong direction, made me walk so far for no reason just to find out that the ride is on the other side. App did this multiple times until I finally got fed up.
Disrespect Security Guards
I am very disappointed in the way the security guards at Dorney Park treated the teenagers today. Their behavior was incredibly rude and disrespectful, and it felt like they were abusing their authority.
They refused to let any teens into the park without a chaperone, even though your own website clearly states that guests under 18 are allowed entry without a guardian until 4:00 PM. It wasn’t even 1:00 PM, yet security was turning away anyone under the age of 21 or without a valid ID.
Most of your audience consists of teens and young people just trying to have fun and enjoy their day. With this sudden and uncommunicated change in policy, you’re at risk of losing a significant portion of your loyal guests. If this is a new rule, it should be clearly stated on your website and enforced respectfully—not made up and applied inconsistently by security staff on the spot.
I hope this issue is addressed promptly and taken seriously.

This app didn’t even allow me to log in. VERY POORLY MADE! I’m no longer visiting their park!

Lines lines and more lines. App doesn’t accurately reflect time on line. Waited sixty for a less than fifteen minute wait according to app.
Day at Dorney
This app offers an easier way to buy tickets & passes digital map included. This app does not offer the full experience of the Iron Menace 2024. Get the app buy the pass and get on.
Great and Helpful App
This is a great app if you are going to dorney but i would say that the wait times are a little off I usually got on the rides much earlier than they said. Also the places where the rides aren’t obvious and there isn’t routes to show you where to go.
Not working
Nothing is saving. I add my passes then go out of the app then back in and they are gone! Deleted the app and tried again. Still not working
Took forever
Took 3.5 hours in 1 roller coaster line.
Notifications can’t be stopped once enabled
Needs to be added to the notifications section on iPhone settings. I accidentally enabled notifications and now there is no way to turn them off. There is no setting in the app or on the iPhone. The Kings Dominion app has the ability to turn on/off notifications in the iPhone settings though.

Keep losing season park ticket. Always have to re-enter. Latest version of this app.
Inaccurate
I downloaded the app to assist me in chaperoning a school trip. While it was helpful in navigating the park as a first-timer, I found the directions function buggy / laggy and the wait time information downright inaccurate. Directions would often change / flip around when we weren’t moving. Talon was listed as a 5 minute wait the entire time we stood in the queue for 28 minutes.

Getting beyond upset with the app’
I’ve been trying for weeks to sign in to keep track of my passes help getting around the park etc. & it keeps saying internal server error !!!!!!! I’m so upset !!!!!!!

It needs to get fixed .
I bought my tickets online and I tried to put them to show on the app and it kept saying it was going to pop up shortly and they never did , they need to fix that.
Update bug?
Just updated the app and it wiped my saved tickets/vouchers for upcoming events. I tried signing out and back in and they’re still not coming up.
Super awesome
I love the app! The only thing that could be improved on is the meal pass, It would be awesome if the app could keep track of when a meal is available.
Login Issues
The app is not letting me login and I need to to access my season pass.
