Beware! Prices at checkout do not reflect advertised discounts - Not good enough. Also, missing item from one of my deliveries but with no notification that that would be the case.
Terrible customer service
I love DP but the AI customer service is really bad, especially when there are a lot of issues with the fraudulent delivery company (evri). I wish they would give an option to collect from another shop. Being a tall woman I don’t have many options where to buy clothes for ta women so unfortunately I still have to buy from DP but as I said the customers service is really poor.

Unable to use recent promo codes despite having an account
I have been unable to use any of the DP promo codes in the last few weeks despite having an account with the company. I am able to use the promo if I check out as a guest but not if I try to check out using my account on which I have paid for unlimited delivery. I have not received any satisfactory answer as to why this keeps happening. I am a loyal customer however I am considering shopping elsewhere in the future due to the poor and unsatisfactory customer service I have received in regard to this issue.

QUICK15 code doesn’t work
I tried on different devices with different products in my basket and the code advertised doesn’t work. Would of saved over £7. Very disappointed!
Dp in general
Lovely choices, easy to navigate online Nd good prices. Very complex return system, loging in can also be tricky, doesnt send the ‘forgot password’ email as quick as you need it.
Cannot go though to payment
Since the revamp of the app I cannot go any further than the payment section.It doesn’t highlight to let me pay for the items in my basket. I contacted customer services and went though everything they asked me to try but still cannot get past payment. I was basically told they hadn’t had anyone else with this issue or know of any issues with app. It’s been 1 year and still I cannot sure the app to purchase items!
So frustrating never had an issue with old app! Just had and update and hoped it would resolve the issue but still cannot pay for my items! Rubbish app

Not as good since update.
Not so keen on the app. Since it become part of the Debenhams app. As unable to always just search DP clothes. The filters, need to be clicked on on few times to highlight. And the favourite button has withdrawn. I had an issue when the app first updated, that my account details were incorrect, and the yearly postage had not been activated. This was sorted out, by a very helpful DP staff member via messenger. Since the update, I don’t order as much, as too long winded a search Shame as I love the clothes.

App gone wrong
Since this app updated and is now with Debenhams it is a pain to shop as you can’t save things as there’s no favourites to click on anymore, and the most annoying thing is that I’m getting charged for deliveries even though I purchased the unlimited next day delivery pass on 25/01/23 so what’s going on there. It also took me ages to get onto the app as like others have said in previous reviews it wasn’t accepting my login details. Very frustrating and annoying to say the least & needs sorting.

Awful update
The update have removed being able to save favourites so you can go back and order later. Would be nice to understand why they got rid of this feature

The new style of the website looks great but there is no longer the ability to like items and save them, you can only add to your basket.
Can’t log in
App updated as asked and now can’t log in. On web version or app. Someone please fix the issue.

Dorothy Perkins is my go to web site. As a 5’9’ size 8 I struggle to find clothes to fit. I need to be able to find what I want quickly and easily, and this site never disappoints.
