At least put an ETA for the delivery. Delivery riders are not responsive sa chats eh.

Riders are accommodating. Availability is great and it’s good na we have this in our little town. App and system could use a little more improvement—
No Merchant app - could shorten delivery and wait time and could give access to merchants to update store hours and menu availability, etc
No option for GCash (kahit manual payment)

My order was changed because the item I originally ordered on the app was unavailable at the restaurant. I decided to replace it with another item that was actually cheaper than the first one. However, when the food arrived, the rider charged me more than the actual price and didn’t even provide the official receipt. To make it worse, there wasn’t even an option on the app to rate or leave feedback for the rider.

Keeps glitching every time I open the app, can’t press any shop because of it

It's quite good, the delivery is good aswell, but my problem is that this Delivery app just got availabe recently in my area, the problem is the location or the map isn't updated its so hard to find my home and putting my address on it. So I have to call the rider from time to time to guide him. I got feel bad. So please please I really want to use this app smoothlu because I just came from a city place and I used to delivering foods most of the time there. I'm happy it got available to my province. Please fix this!!

The app is good and working but I hope you improve it more. It could be better if you put the description of each item. Like what is included in the bundle or in the item. Also, vouchers that can be used for transactions. Anddd the hoping for more flexible payment options like card and e-wallets :))
