Hate the new app and reward system
I don’t want to link a card to gain rewards and my previous rewards didn’t transfer. Also, you still cannot add dos gift cards to pay on the app (or their website for that matter.)
Kinda sus app, even though it’s great food
Won’t let you order without creating an account and makes you give them access to your banking info so they can “track your reward spending”
Loyalty points didn’t carry over from the old app
My loyalty points didn’t transfer to the new app. I think it’s because my email address is different on the new app. Unfortunately there is no way to change your email address or phone number on the new app. 904 loyalty points down the drain. 😞
Doesn’t tell you when food is ready
App doesn’t tell you when food is ready. Was waiting extra 15 minute because app said it wasn’t ready. My food was sitting there in the restaurant ready the whole time. I have my food now and the app says the food is still being prepared. Nice new app but fix the bugs.
Best place for salsa bar
Love this place! They have the best salsa bar around! Happy to see they have a new APP!
