DoseDay: Med Reminders

DoseDay is a medication and supplement reminder built around one promise: doses on time, and a log you can actually show someone. Add each med with its own schedule: every day at fixed times, specific weekdays, cycles like 21 days on and 7 days off, or as needed with no alarm at all. Daily and weekday reminders repeat on their own and do not expire. Cycles, end dates, and future start dates use date-specific reminders scheduled about five weeks ahead and extended every time you open the app, and the Reminder Health screen always shows exactly what is scheduled and through which date. When a dose comes due, log it in one tap: Take, or Skip with a reason (side effects, forgot, away from meds). Taken doses lower that med's stock by the amount per dose you set, and DoseDay estimates the day you will run out, based only on what you entered.
