What's New in Dosefully

1.13.3

August 21, 2026

*Missed-alert fixes* - Snoozing a missed-dose alert now reliably reminds you again 15 minutes later, instead of sometimes going silent - Logging one dose from the missed-alerts list keeps the list open, so any other missed doses are still there to log or dismiss *Check active ingredients (new)* - Dosefully now highlights recognised medicine names whose active ingredients have not yet been confirmed - A short checklist prompts you to check the packaging; name recognition is only a suggestion, never a substitute for reading the label - Confirming strengthens the existing shared-ingredient warnings *Clearer safety warnings* - Timing and daily-limit conflicts now show one consistent warning with explicit confirmation. If a dose genuinely happened, you can still record it, and it stays included in every later safety check - A future timestamp is still blocked, since it can't describe a dose that hasn't happened yet *Privacy and security* - Signing out now removes only this device's notifications, leaving every other household member's device untouched - Signing out clears cached notes, people, medicines and history from the browser, but never discards a dose still queued to sync while offline - Your personal-data export now covers more record types while still excluding login secrets - Account and household deletion now cleans up more record types; leaving a shared household preserves the other members' records, and removing the last member clears it fully - Added standard web security protections against clickjacking, content-type sniffing and insecure connections - Crash reports never include your account identity or the details of what you were doing - Switching between sign-in and registration now clears the form so nothing carries over by accident *Performance* - The app opens faster: the largest screens now load only when you actually open them - Removed unused internal packages to keep the app lean *Fixes* - General performance and security hardening

Does exactly what we needed

The synced sharing feature means that two caretakers can easily be on the same page about medications. It also has the ability to generate a succinct report for when you are talking to a doctor. Does what it intends very effectively with no crazy extra distractions.
