About
Dosemate is a shared medication tracker for the one question that matters when more than one adult looks after the same child: has anyone already given today's dose? It was built for the toddler-laxative routine — MiraLAX, Movicol, PEG 3350 — where a child is on a daily dose for weeks or months and parents, grandparents and carers all need to stay in sync.
ONE GLANCEABLE STATUS
• A big Today card shows the last dose — who gave it, when, and how much.
• A clear "safe to give" or "already given / in cool-down" state, so nobody has to guess.
• Next-due time front and centre.
DOUBLE-DOSE GUARD
• Logging a dose inside the cool-down window warns you first — "Dad gave 1 sachet 2h ago — give anyway?"
• Fewer accidental double doses, fewer missed ones.
LOG A DOSE IN ONE TAP
• Amount and unit (sachet, capful, mL or g), which carer, confirm. Timestamped automatically.
SHARED ACROSS EVERY CARER
• Create a child, share a short household join code, and everyone sees the same dose log.
• No per-person accounts to set up — just the code.
• Dose events sync in near-real-time so the status is the same on every phone.
DOSE HISTORY
• A dated log of who gave what and when, so the pattern is always visible. Edit or delete entries.
REMINDERS
• A daily-dose reminder and a missed-dose nudge so the routine doesn't slip.
Dosemate is an informational coordination tool, not a medical device, and not a substitute for professional medical advice or your doctor's dosing instructions. Always follow your clinician's and the medication label's directions.
