However far you move, Dot crosses the Earth.
Dot Club ties your step counter, runs and hikes into one journey.
Your commute steps, an evening run, a weekend climb — your character Dot sets out from Greenwich, London and walks that exact distance across the real Earth.
Workouts that used to end as a number become a journey you can see.
· Steps count as distance — the journey keeps going even on rest days
· Visitors drop by every day — help them and keep one of their things as a gift
· 7-day duels with rogues — no luck, no odds, only the distance you moved
· 3D character dress-up — paid for only with coins you earn by moving; no purchases
Journey across the Earth — starting at Greenwich
Move 10 km today and Dot moves 10 km — real distance, one to one.
Recorded walks, runs and hikes count, plus your steps (0.72 m per step).
Real towns, rivers, castles and islands line the way; the home backdrop changes at each stop.
Visitors from every town
A local walks onto your home screen with a small request, like "walk 5 km in 3 days?" Saying no costs nothing.
Help out and Dot keeps one of their things — the postman's mail bag, the marathoner's pacer flag.
Rogues and 1:1 duels
From pickpockets to the Pirate King, rogues turn up and challenge you. For seven days only distance counts.
You can also duel a person 1:1 — recorded activities plus steps, longer total wins. Any offer can be declined.
Coins are earned only by moving. They can't be bought with money, and there are no in-app purchases.
Walking — step counter and step coins
The app counts how many steps you took today — from the iPhone motion sensor, or Health Connect on Android.
One coin for every 100 steps. Yesterday's steps arrive as today's coins.
This week's footprints
See this week's distance at a glance.
Each day shows two bars — recorded activities and steps — and the big number is the two combined.
Dress up Dot — a 3D character
Clothes, hats, hair, shoes and a pet — Dot stands on your home screen just as you dressed it.
Everything is bought with coins you earned by moving.
Running — GPS tracking and indoor runs
GPS records distance, pace and time, even with the screen off, with auto-pause and auto-save that kick in on time.
Your route stays on the map, split into 1 km laps with elevation gain alongside it.
Running indoors? The streets of the city you're journeying through roll by behind Dot as it runs.
A cadence metronome keeps time with sound or vibration.
Hiking — trails and routes
3,500 mountain paths and ridge trails are already on the map.
Every route shows distance and elevation gain first.
Nothing you like? Draw your own route, or import a GPX file from another app or watch.

Missions like your first 5K or 10K pay out coins.
