About
DOT Compliance Desk keeps a motor carrier's driver and truck records in one place, and shows what is due, what is missing and what is expiring.
It is built for small interstate fleets that haul property and do not carry hazardous materials.
WHAT IT DOES
• Photograph a medical card, a license, an inspection report or a driving record, or use a photo you already have. You say what it is and enter the date on it, and the app counts from there.
• See what needs you today, what is coming up, and what is not on file.
• A calendar of the next twelve months of the deadlines tracked in your account.
• A checklist for each new driver, with the federal rule beside each item.
• One file of everything on record for a driver or for the whole fleet, to print or send.
• Add up to five other people to your account.
• Lock the app with Face ID. These are your drivers' records.
WHAT IT TRACKS
Medical examiner's certificates, driver qualification files, annual driving record reviews, annual vehicle inspections, Clearinghouse queries, drug and alcohol program enrollment, UCR registration and the biennial update (MCS-150). The app lists exactly what is covered and what is not.
WHAT IT DOES NOT DO
You keep your own records. Nobody at DOT Compliance Desk reads, checks or verifies your documents, prepares a filing, or sends anything to an agency for you. Dates are counted from what you enter.
It does not cover state rules, hazardous materials, passenger carriers, fuel tax, vehicle registration or hours of service. We do not run drug tests, Clearinghouse queries or driving records. The app shows where each of those comes from.
Reminders cover supported requirements tracked in your account. Requirements we don't track, or records you haven't added, won't generate reminders.
IMPORTANT
DOT Compliance Desk provides compliance-management tools and administrative assistance based on information you supply and on publicly available regulatory information. We are not a law firm, an accounting firm, a government agency, or a certified medical examiner, and we do not provide legal, tax, or medical advice. Requirements change and vary by jurisdiction and type of operation. You remain solely responsible for your company's regulatory compliance.
