Why do I have to create an account to use the app? It appears to be simply information about DoTerra essential oils, and the AppStore page shows no in-app purchases. I can’t imagine why the developers would require me to create an account, as there is ready available information via a basic search online. The info in this app is surely not unique.
So since I don’t randomly sign up for things (certainly with no reason to do so), I’m out. App will be deleted.

Poor design
The app is okay but for $7 I expected for it to be easier to use. The back button blends in with the background and it takes a minute to find. You can’t read the responses to questions because apparently the font color is white. I do like being able to keep inventory and write my own notes. I expected more (maybe a video) for the different application areas and types. Definitely not worth the $7. There should at least be a free trial. If I could get a refund, I would want it because I highly doubt that I will use it.

Developers that choose to display BS feedback screw up the feedback system for everyone. Instead of posting false feedback, try improving the app.

It’s alright but it doesn’t have all the doTERRA oils on it. Spend the money and get the Essential Life app, it’s honestly not even that much money.

The price is inflated for what the app does. I would love a refund.

This app does not allow user to search by ailments. There is a one year promise to improve usability, but no apparent improvement.
Misleading description of app
This app is marketed as independent from doTerra and as “ a comprehensive guide of oils available etc”. But in reality it is a guide featuring only doTerra single oils and blends. No mention of any other oil that is not on the doTerra catalogue. So, no Palmarosa, no May Chang, no Tagetes, no Ho Wood, no carrot seed, no Camphor..... the list of omissions is quite extensive because indeed the list of DoTerra essential oils is quite limited. Very disappointed as there are so many books on EO that call for the use of essential oils that doTerra does not sell and I thought this app would cover them too.

Not working in iPhone 11
Purchased app and unable to sign up to use it. Keeps shutting off when I go to create an account. Phone is and iPhone 11 and software is up to date. I’ve also contacted the app developers about this and they have not got back to me. Extremely annoyed I’ve paid money for an app that I can’t use.
