Couldn’t Access At All
Tried logging multiple times, never got an email with a verification code. Even with restarting and reinstalling the app, never got access. Asked for help from the event planner and nothing. Pretty frustrating that this app didn’t work, on both iPad and Android.
No Email or Text ever sent
Never received code to get app to work. I only have one email and checked junk, trash and everything in between. Clicking on the help button never produced results either. Very disappointing.
Can’t log in
I have tried to log in several times. Won’t verify my info. Won’t send my email the code needed. Ugh…
Cant log in
Followed the email instructions exactly. Verified my account. Tried to log on on the all and only a blank page popped up. Restarted the app several times, but still only gives a blank page for the log in
