Glitches & Shuts Down on the client end
I was very eager to use this app for my dog walking business at first, but after completing the first walk my client informed me that they are unable to review the walk on their end. She tried to click on the completed walk in order to see her dogs potty summary & look at the photos we took, but the app promptly shuts down and closes as soon as she clicks on the completed walk. She is unable to see any information from the walks.

A decent balance of price and usefulness.
I and my team have been using the app for a few months now. As far as accounting and billing go, I think I’ve just about worked out the kinks.
Pros:
-excellent for managing a team and makes payroll so much easier
-keeps sitters/walkers accountable and prompt
-helps sitters and walkers build client relationships inside the company rather than around the company
Cons:
-no way to differentiate between cancel-not billed and cancel-bill for appointments canceled on invoiced pre-pay appointments
-sometimes poorly tracks walks and makes them appear shorter than actually completed distance wise
-some little glitchy stuff that just kinda could be smoother
Overall, worth the cost and I wish there was a way to upgrade without going all the way custom. As another reviewer mentioned, I’d be happy to be an end-user consult.

Delete wrong pictures and messages
If this app is able to delete pictures and Videos on main screen and messages this app will be closer to a five star rating. Sometimes when we upload pics, it ends up in the wrong profile of our clients. Fix this problem and I’ll change may ratings to a five. 🐶🐾
Suggestions
1. It would be great if the business can mark appointments as cancelled by the client; clients often call/text to cancel appointment). So if a late cancel they can then automatically be charged.
2. It would be great if when using automation there were two categories, add-on and surcharges. And then the option for surcharges to only apply the greater if multiple are automatically applied (Having to go through appointments after the fact to adjust invoices defeats the purpose of having automation)
3. It would be great if when appointments change in the program if they synchronize with my personal calendar faster...it seems to take at least a day or more...Not so convenient.
Are you guys consulting with business owners and actual dog walkers? I would be happy to volunteer some of my time to consults over telephone or video call to make this application more intuitive.
PS I’ve use your app on both android and Apple platforms your android app seems to run better.

Not user friendly and not functional
The scheduler seems to be the base of everything only your never notified of appointments. We can’t link this scheduler to another calendar on phone or tablet?
It’s needing lots of work. For clients with more detailed notes such as pics or vids, again this is not user friendly.
How do we know when we have appointments if we don’t have a calendar to alert? Seems silly.

Great tool!
We have been using this app for almost a month, and we couldn't be more satisfied! we are a team of ten walkers covering routes around MD/ DC area. DoTimely is a great tool that would help you provide a better service! Thank you!
Not great
My dog walker uses this app and that’s the only reason I have it. If I had the choice, I wouldn’t use it. There’s a note section but I can’t leave notes for her. There’s a payment section but I can’t pay my bill. Much of the set up for this app has to be done in their desktop version! My husband has better luck with his Android version but the Apple version leaves a lot to be desired. The concept is good but the execution needs help.

Furfect’s best friend!
We have been using DoTimely since day one and it works almost perfectly! Only problem I’ve seen is late night auto charge not working quite as desired but their team is quick to respond and always looking to help! Just waiting on the in app purchases for service and DoTimely will rival pet check!
Good concept but so many flaws
This app is a good idea but it really hasn’t been tested properly and isn’t user friendly. If you make a mistake in the app you can’t undo it. It’s a very uneditable app and you have to email them to make adjustments if you make a mistake rather than being able to fix the mistake yourself. I have now deleted the app.
