About
Basic Blood Pressure Diary helps you record readings from your blood pressure monitor and review changes by date.
• Browse measurement days on a calendar and see the selected day’s readings. Up to three dots show the reading count; three dots means three or more readings.
• Enter systolic and diastolic blood pressure and the measurement time. Add pulse when you want to; it is optional.
• Find records with period and AM/PM filters. Review daily averages and individual readings.
• Explore period averages, daily averages and minimum–maximum ranges and AM/PM comparisons. Select a date on the chart to inspect that day’s average and individual readings in time order.
• Share filtered records as CSV, including measurement times, and share charts as images.
• Set measurement reminders and choose light, dark or system appearance.
• Available in English and Korean.
Apple Health
Blood pressure and pulse records are read and saved through Apple Health. Health access is required. You can edit or delete records created by this app. Records from other apps are read only here. Manage access in the Health app.
Basic Blood Pressure Diary is a record-keeping tool. It does not measure blood pressure using your iPhone or provide diagnosis, treatment or medical advice. Use a separate blood pressure monitor for measurements and consult a healthcare professional about health decisions.
