Welcome bonus
Don’t play this game!!!! they put up an old welcome bonus so you can’t get the bonus they make you pay £10 on bingo thinking you get £25 bonus for bingo tickets!!! You don’t get them!!! They scammed me basically and tried to offer me £5 to play on anything which is a disgrace! I wanted my £10 back and they refused so I will now be taking it to the papers!!!!!!

Said I got my free spins, went to play them and guess what the game won’t even load, all the other games work perfectly fine funnily it’s just the one from the welcome offer that shows me a black screen!

Installed and got the welcome offer for bingo, i was able to use a few of the free tickets i won, then i put 30 on the next game only for the game to freeze. I waited 5 minutes the closed the app, re opened it and my tickets were just gone. Then i tried to withdraw the money i had left in my account, when i realised i still haven’t been sent it 3 days later i open the app to see my account locked. I contact customer support for help and they send me a step by step to verify myself to get back into my account, and the verification process was far from easy, infact kind of ridiculous. I dont have the time to do what they want me to do. I dont think i’ve left a review for anything in my life but i feel i have to in this case.

£800in £80 out…10% return and I’ve had maybe 3 bonuses in the £800 spent absolute scam stay well clear of this.
