Best simulation app ever
For someone that does not do a lot of thoracic this is great.
I can practice all I want. The simulations are very realistic. You have full control of the scope and see real images. I can imagine the work that went into this.

Great app
As an anaesthesiology trainee it can be tricky to learn how to place and confirm DLTs, this app doesn't replace clinical experience but it does familiarise you with the views obtainable when the tube is in various positions. This means your clinical practice becomes far more useful as you already know what to look for. An audio description during the teaching videos would be a useful addition, but the app as it is is great.

I've waited for this one!
This app has been long overdue. Finally I can practice double lumen tubes as often as I need. The app is interactive, and allows you to manipulate the scope. The video images change according to your choices. The video images are real, so you really feel like you are in the OR.
