Scam

I signed up for the 14-day trial, but I couldn't log in. I contacted customer service, and they replied two days ago. I told them about the issue and provided my email, but I haven't heard back from them since. It feels like they're waiting for the trial to end before responding and trying to charge me. I'm going to cancel today and switch to a more reliable service.
