Why do you advertise as having Lucky Ducky only to find it isn’t on the game. That’s the only reason I downloaded the game. Shame on you for false advertising. The other games I’ve played on this app are no fun at all. Will be deleting it or just won’t be wasting my time playing it.

I notice that the games aren’t winning as much as they use to. I play every day. I still love this app, I just wish I’d win more, like I use to.
GET THE WEDNESDAY LOCKUPS FIXED!
Since September 2025, I have been complaining about the Double Hit app locking up (telling me my internet connection has been lost, or just locking up, and having to reboot my phone to specifically get back into THIS APP).
I have finally got this MESS narrowed down to EVERY WEDNESDAY. I don’t know WHAT Ghost Studio is doing on WEDNESDAYS, but, they either need to DO IT RIGHT, or STOP DOING IT ALTOGETHER. This has been EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. Every WEDNESDAY. I have to reboot my phone up to half a dozen times a day SPECIFICALLY TO GET BACK INTO THE DOUBLE HIT APP.
NO, It’s NOT my phone.
NO, It’s NOT my connection (WIFI); I am on 5G.
So PLEASE do NOT copy and paste your usual lame responses telling me to switch to 4G (which I am not able to do, nor would I want to).

Extremelely fun well written and conceived. So many ways to make money. So many games within the game. So many choices of games. Beautiful graphics that change on seasonal and special holidays. I’ve tried several but this is my go to. I absolutely love it.

Was fun while it lasted, but no more, they’ll take away everything!
I tried to watch all their AD’s to get a handful of coins to support their game, now they’ve wiped out my very large earnings by pumping out endless loosing spins.
At a time it was one of the better slots games, but now its just another clone rip-off game, waste of my time, I think I’ll wait for them to fix things in a few years before I’ll ever try to play again. I’m looking forward to immediately deleting my account!!!

I started playing because of Freecash it was one of the game to get cash back for completing offers I’m lv75 and never had an issue with claiming an offer till lv70 been waiting 6 days but still hasn’t shown I completed that lv I don’t spend any money on the game just use the coins it gives me

I like many of the reviewers here are very disappointed with how the app is going. It has not been this challenging to play this app for the last several years until recently. I have never had to contact the in-app help-desk as much as I have this year since I’ve had it downloaded. If it’s not bugs and glitches, it’s freezing, it’s as soon as I purchase a pack of coins they are already gone. The bonus spins winnings won’t tally up in the total and everything I have won is lost. They also keep changing the minimum bet to participate in the 3-day clash specials it is always something. The only response here lately is it’s my fault something with my connection, something with my storage, something with WiFi 5G or 4G, rarely it’s an issue on them or compensation provided. Since it’s me I’ll play this app a bit less or none at all soon while playing the other app that I’m not having any issues with and take my money over there as well! Beyond upset and disappointed!!!

APP KEEPS LOSING CONNECTION AND LOCKING UP
I’m having the SAME PROBLEM I reported on here back on 9/2/25. Whenever I walk away from it for a while for an hour or two, and when I go to go back in, it says connection lost, the app just locks up and spins and I have to reboot my phone to get back into the app (THIS IS ONLY FOR THE DOUBLE HIT APP). I’ve been playing these slots for several years now, and It NEVER did this before. This is VERY ANNOYING! I had to reboot my phone at least 5 times today, and I’m not going to keep doing it. I also submitted another request to your help center today. And uploaded screenshots.
Either get this fixed soon, or I’m going to report it to Apple and have it yanked from the App Store.
