You can only ask 4 questions and then it just says your active and you can’t do anything

It’s alright I guess. Out of all the times I sent a question all of them has been right except for one. The only thing about this is that it won’t lemme send anymore, I’m not sure if I have to wait a day or something.
Cant ask questions after sending 4
Man. I signed up, asked 4 questions then it said that I cant ask anymore questions and have to contact the customer service to “ask few more questions” There is no! Subscription button where you can ask more than 4 queations! And the tutors answer your questions within 3 seconds and The questions I asked are top notch chemistry questions where you have to solve like at least 3 pages to get the answer! I

Issues
We need more subjects and also when I’m asking a tutor for help in the chemistry subject I feel like they are guessing the answers and getting them wrong then asking for ratings .. if there is someway to reduce that it would be great and also y’all are not very connective with your costumers

The app is good but to make it even more better can you add more subjects like world geography, english , etc it would be 100% better thank you
