Great app
This equation is easily done with a calculator but the app makes it much easier to adjust and apply or do theoreticals. I use it in my restaurant and it’s really easy to train my staff on. Also the developer is very friendly and was super receptive to some feedback I had. All in all, a very simple yet thoughtful tool that you can use to improve your doughs and take them to the next level. Hope to see many more iteration of this app
