About

Your bread. Your photos. A little guidance along the way. Doughlark is a bread-baking notebook that helps you follow your method and keep the loaves you make. Listen to baking steps, save your pan and oven details, and turn your own photos into a recipe book to share. LISTEN WHILE YOU BAKE Start a bake and tap Play this step to hear the method read aloud. Listen to the remaining steps in order, pause, resume or stop. Guidance includes your recorded ingredient quantities and planned oven temperature, using your selected units. Speech follows the English or Korean app language. You stay in control: listening does not start a timer or move to the next step. MAKE THE LIBRARY YOURS Add or replace a bread cover with a photo you take or choose. Keep your own bread pictures alongside your formulas, and return to them when you bake again. Your existing recipe books and saved records stay in the app. SHARE A PHOTO RECIPE BOOK Add up to 10 photos to a recipe book, arrange them in order and write a caption for each step. Browse saved books by category or search. Export a multipage PDF or a short photo video, then share through the iOS share sheet. SAVE YOUR KITCHEN DETAILS Keep a photo of your pan with its name, material and inside dimensions. Read visible product-label text on-device to help you check the details before entering them. Photos and label recognition do not automatically measure actual dimensions or confirm material. Save your oven mode and rack position, with optional manually entered thermometer observations. USE THE UNITS YOU KNOW Switch between grams and ounces, Celsius and Fahrenheit, and centimeters and inches. Follow baking stages, start timers when ready and record your result. Optional reminders follow your device settings. OPTIONAL, LOCAL RECIPE ASSISTANCE Organize your written photo notes into a recipe draft on compatible devices using Apple's on-device model. When unavailable, an optional downloadable text model provides offline note assistance. Downloading requires internet and storage; afterward, model inference runs on your device. This feature works from notes, not ingredient recognition in photos. Review every draft before applying it; smaller models can make mistakes or leave notes unchanged. KEEP YOUR COLLECTION ON YOUR DEVICE No account is required. Photos, recipe books and kitchen profiles are stored on your device. No advertising or tracking. You choose where to share exported files; device backups may include app data. Update without deleting the app to preserve your existing Baking Day collection. Practice formulas are starting points, not a collection of kitchen-tested recipes. Use a reliable method and check the dough and bread yourself; timers and spoken guidance do not verify readiness or doneness.
