Either scam or just broken
Ordered taxi, was suspiciously cheap only 9 gbp, so cancelled, 30 minutes later driver called me being annoyed that he did 30 miles for nothing. The app simply does not work and clearly location was incorrect if drives have to drive 30 miles. Glad I haven’t waited and didn’t need to confront driver
