Horrible

Money has been stuck on this app for over a year. Error message anytime told to send. You can clearly see that all the positive reviews are paid for. Everyone looks the same. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT DOWNLOAD TOTAL SCAM

Do not use the app!

If you download the app and send Bitcoin to ur wallet on the app it will be stuck. I have Bitcoin sitting on the app and it will not let me send it to a different wallet. They’re no help and will not respond to help you. Stay far away from the app.

Stole Litecoin

Purchased 2.6 LTC and then sent 1.1 to another wallet. The remaining 1.5 LTC magically disappeared and support will not respond. Do not use this app.

No support

I deposited a significant amount of bitcoin into DoWallet and it won’t let me send any of it back out. I’ve reached out to support via the app, their website, and phone but have yet to receive any response. Terrible experience with the app and even worse with the lack of customer support. Things happen and I understand that, but being unable to get any help from support is a deal breaker for me. Especially coming from a company that advertises 24/7 support.

My advice, definitely think twice before using dowallet. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated.

DO NOT USE!!!!!

I thought this app was great. It was easy to navigate and understand. Until one day, I tried sending some of my BTC to another wallet and kept getting an error message. I’ve emailed, called, tweeted, chatted.... with only one generic troubleshooting response but static since. I’m afraid I’ve just lost thousands of dollars. 😞🤬😭

Don’t Answer Customer Service Submissions, They Basically Hold Your Money Hostage

The company could almost be called a scam. They don’t respond to you even after weeks and many submissions. I have money sitting in one of their wallets that I haven’t been able to use for weeks because they won’t help clear an old$15 send. It’s never been confirmed so the rest of the wallet is frozen. So they’ve basically stolen my money. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

My account is locked

I was scammed $200 and do DoWallet is not responding to me regarding the dispute. Now my account is locked because I enter the wrong passcode. Customer support / service is horrible not responding to me to try to solve any issue at all. Good thing it was only $200 and not more. Download this app at your own risk. Very unhappy customer

Green? Ceylon? Pu-erh? Even Chamomile or Juniper Ridge. This app is very well designed, satisfying and hearty. It is the best wallet I have used so far. Best crypto wallet hands down

A big thumbs up. Well designed and thought through. Love being able to see all my crypto holdings in one place. Lots of other value like news and being able to send and receive crypto. Amazing job to have all this in one app. I’ve been using it and have not had any issues with bugs so far. I would easily say this is the best crypto wallet I have tried.

Great Design, Solid Features

I like the fact that DoWallet allows you to connect various crypto exchanges all in one place — a convenient feature that makes managing crypto assets easier for sure. It’s nice to have price charts and industry news at your fingertips too. The calculator is a simple, but handy tool to figure out how much of a given asset you want to buy, sell or trade. Overall, a solid design and user experience. Looking forward to seeing what comes next!

Simplifies the process
