Why bother
I submitted a request to ask the city to fix a park trash can over 3 months ago! It’s still broken. And now the app won’t even let me log in anymore, or send me an email to reset the password. How much money are they wasting on this app that they don’t bother to even check?

I submitted a request to ask the city to fix a park trash can 6 WEEKS ago! They’ve done nothing. The app still says “in progress”. How much money are they wasting on this app that they don’t bother to even check?
Spinning wheel
After typing in info on potholes & hitting “Submit,” I get a spinning wheel that doesn’t quit. As a result, I never get a confirmation number.
App doesn’t work
So many bugs, I mainly use it for the public transit map/times and for months now it straight up doesn’t work. Geolocation is broken and says I’m too far even though I am standing next to a bus stop. The live map only shows the route, and not the live location of the busses. The schedule shows a outdated document with incorrect info.

So many bugs I need an exterminator
You can’t search and then select the report because it won’t let you tap after you search. Also, when typing the report, it types in white font and I can’t see what I’m typing. I even highlighted the text so I could try to read it but somehow couldn’t read it. The app also crashed on me.
