Not getting live alerts
I use my card often and my app is updated but I’m still not getting my card alerts. It’s very frustrating.

Not getting card alerts!
I can no longer use Card Valet but this app isn’t sending me my debit card alerts! I used to get them instantly and that was so convenient and helpful! Please fix this!!
Update needed!
Once app is updated with new features, it will be a big game changer for DRFC! Please update for us all.
Not A Stable App
I am not sure who runs this app but it is very unstable. I think the app has been down more than up in 2021. The worst banking app I have ever used.

I love how user friendly the Downriver Community Federal Credit Union App is. I can jump in and out to find my balance and if payments cleared since I’m horrible with book keeping. Having App on hand makes me have a sense comfort.
Would be more but depositing checks is a pain!
All n all it works good other then trying to deposit checks. It gets frustrating trying to deposit the same check over and over and over and over with error messages, can’t find endorsements (I use a stamper it could not possibly be any clearer!). Makes no sense!
Issues
Facial recognition (Face ID) instead of using your password is not working on the app for iPhones. It has that option to click and activate but is currently not working. This issue has been going on for over two weeks now. Very disappointing.
Great when it works!
App keeps erasing everything. Then can’t connect to log back in.
Won’t open
Since I updated the app ( today 06/17/19) it won’t even open. A message keeps popping up saying “connectivity problem” which is weird because I have internet connection with and without wifi.

Works Perfectly!
This app does everything you could reasonably ask of a mobile banking app. You can view accounts and transactions in complete detail. You can transfer money to anybody anywhere using the Pop Money feature. I’m not sure if it shows your loan due date or not, but how hard is it to remember your car loan payment is due once a month on the first? Love the credit sense product. Easy to use and has really helped me manage my finances. The enrollment part is a bit more challenging than it has to be, but I realize it’s a device intended to protect my money, so it’s that way on purpose.

Why is it that i can't view the details of each transaction as well as check images like every other banking app on the market? Total garbage.
Horrible!
The last app was WAY better. I can't see when my due dates are for my loans, it has zero options, I can't add a 2nd account like the last app allowed. I have a joint account with my daughter and I can't add it since I added my personal account already. I will keep my rating at 1 until it improves because right now it's just horrible and I'm sticking with the old app until they remove it from the store. If this app doesn't improve by that time then it looks like I'll be stuck with the web version smdh!!
