Huge disappointment
I cashed in points for an Amazon gift card months ago and never received it. Still showing pending and I tried contacting someone for assistance and got no response.
Hacked and they’re doing nothing
I was hacked and waited almost two weeks for them to finally respond. They said there’s nothing they can do and claim I have multiple accounts which isn’t true and they didn’t even tell me what info would be for the other accounts. The hacker changed my email in the app to their email, drained my points and send the reward to their email (I’m assuming given what they did). I have always used only one account for this and have been a member since the beginning when it was called Dabbl. This is pretty terrible they’re treating a long time supporter like this. EDIT: The response from the developer is a straight up lie.. I did not get a response from them on Day 3 and had to keep reaching out to them. Every time I finally got a response they said my email went to “the wrong folder”. Extremely frustrated with the way they handled this. I still don’t have my points back and I no longer trust using this app.

Looks like a good app
It won’t let me use my iCloud so I can’t even get continue to work like I’m gonna be a new user but my iCloud can’t be continue so I have to delete it cuz it seems like there’s no more accounts able to get made 🙁

Great app, it took one year to make enough to cash out $5.
Satisfied, I don’t feel like I’m being scammed out of my time.
This app is refreshing compared to so many others for one huge reason… it allows you to pick a survey, follow it through to the end and then redeem the reward or points that were promised , unlike so many other apps where you are cut off 10-15 questions in and not rewarded. I don’t feel like I’m being scammed out of my time and honest input. No one likes to feel like they’re being scammed.

ANYWAYS moving on, this app is amazing just today I cashed out 5 dollars for Amazon and I got the prize immediately no waiting at all! I just had to verify my account with an email and BOOM I got the gift card. This is a legit app I can confirm. THANK YOU GUYS

sometimes it doesn’t work on the research questions it’s fun but u do the surveys get a lot of information about yourself. It’s say u don’t qualify after. Doing 4 surveys not one point

Recently, I have earned money and when I have gone to get a gift card, the app quits on me and when I go back, my money is missing I have not been able to get a gift card in months. Please look at my earning history and tell me what has happened to the last $10 I guess did a couple of days ago And the $10 before that.

Never Received Gift Card
I had earned $20.75 in rewards and decided to cash out with a gift card. They said I would receive it within two hours. A week later I hadn’t received anything, so I put in a ticket and was told they would expedite it. It has been nearly three weeks and I still haven’t received my gift card. Emailed again two days ago and haven’t gotten a response. Don’t waste your time with this app.

Horrible. Customer Service
I’ve been a member since 2019. I’ve never had any issues until now. I cashed out a $50 gift card THREE WEEKS ago and still have not received it. Customer service keeps telling me the same copy and paste response. I even tried messaging them through Facebook and they read it but don’t respond. Use Fetch instead. They actually give you your gift card. I reported this app as fraud to Apple.

Gift cards takes forever to get them
Don’t use this app
Cashed in 2 giftcards this week. After contacting prizeout - that does the actual processing of the gift cards, they said downtime dollars (Dabbl) is not paying them so they can’t process gift cards. Don’t use this app.
Can’t get points like before
The videos to earn points never ever work anymore. They use to always work but they don’t work anytime or the day now.
