Elevation contours on the hunt map Contour lines now draw over the satellite view, with the elevation marked on the line so you can read a ridge or a draw at a glance. Pick Low, Medium or High detail in map settings, in feet or metres. Contours stay on screen while you pan, and new ground fills in behind you instead of blanking the map. See the terrain from further out Contours now draw out to a 20 km view, so you can read a whole property or a new piece of bush before you zoom in. Saddles and benches hold still Landform markers used to come and go as you panned or zoomed. They are now tied to the ground, so a saddle you spotted is in the same place when you come back to it. Measure a distance Tap the ruler on the map and drop points to measure a stalk, a shooting lane or the gap between two stands. A tidier map Hunt Planner is now Hunt Mapping. The stand, camera, trail and sign buttons moved behind the plus button next to the ruler, so the map is clear until you need them. Faster, and steadier The map screen stops working when you leave it, the terrain scan no longer freezes the screen, and the layers redraw a lot less. We also fixed a crash some people hit when opening the map.
