Still having trouble

Love this game been playing for a while up until the last three months or so only because I canโ€™t get the game to load it tryโ€™s then says please check internet connection! I check connection and I know I have it and still I get nothing but if I delete the game and reinstall it it starts me from the very beginning and when I connect to fb It restarts and the internet connection problem starts again please look into it cause Iโ€™m missing this game!!!
