I’m not allowed to sign up

This app needs to be fixed or something 😑
I was trying to sign up right and although it asked for my phone number it wouldn’t let me put the whole thing in.
Then it asked me was I male or female and I clearly picked the one that matched me, (I pressed it twice to make sure), but when I finally got into the app they had me listed as the opposite gender. This app needs to be fixed, seriously! No stars at all, I only gave one so I could write this review 😑
