We tried them all, Dozuki is the best

We have been struggling with work instructions since I joined the company. We tried VKS, Augmentir, and a few others I can’t remember. What set Dozuki apart was the depth of features for managing our massive set of work instructions and documentation. We have over 6k work instructions that have to be updated every year for compliance reasons. Dozuki has a feature that helps us automate the review and update process. This feature alone saved us one full-time employee. Now we can spend more time improving the work instructions and getting feedback from our operators and techs.

Terrible

Some of the functionality we should have doesn’t even show up. The categories take a long time to load if they even load at all. Love the idea but the implementation is really bad.
