No place for feedback
You really need to put a place in the app for feedback. The local dp dough has screwed up 30% of the orders I have placed, they fix it locally but there should be some way for corporate to see this place is messing up!!!! Chicken and broccoli Alfredo with out any chicken, no garlic bites on the side and so on. Please fix this

Not many real reviews so here’s the truth
Not many reviews are saying anything besides angry people having technical issues. The app is great. It works fine and most days there are no problems. Sure sometimes it can be slow and improvements should be made. But the app is straightforward and simple for ordering. The deals and hearts are easy to access. The app has improved each year. Does not deserve 2.5 stars, should be closer to 4.3

Wouldn’t take my order
Wanted a delivery, wouldn’t take it through the app. Don’t advertise delivery if you don’t except it. Fine if you don’t, but don’t expect a delivery through the app because you physically aren’t able to. Raleigh good luck
App doesn’t work
I can’t even start an order
Good.,
Yo.. I like ot!!!
New update bricked app
Latest update only opens app to a “A new version of the app is available” screen. Cannot proceed even after updating…
works absolutely perfectly fine
almost exactly what i’d expect from a restaurant like this. it’s functional and works, no gimmicks
This app needs to be updated it’s like 1980’s
It doesn’t show past orders , the menus is rarely updated. U only get points if you order online and u can’t use your points if u order at the counter. They need new menu items and the app is hard to figure out
Can’t use app
I have an iPhone 8 and it won’t let me use the app because I cannot update.
White screen on load
Useless
actually terrible
not much to say here you download the app gives you the option to order and put in your basic information. However, once you've submitted your order, it just brings you right back to the ordering screen no way to track the order bring up a receipt order number or anything like that gives you an email and call it a day terrible optimization by today's standards. This is a cheap Microsoft XP knock off 2007 level interface right here, y'all

Order never delivered
Ordered four calzones. The delivery driver took a photo of the calzones by the door sent it to me then took it for himself. Never tried to contact me to meet me at my door to deliver it. I called the driver multiple times about it not being there and went straight to voicemail. I called D.P. Dough, waited on hold for 15 minutes and no one responded. Got scammed 30 bucks.

Fix it please!!!
It says it needs update, I go to update, there is no update, the only option is to open, I open, all it says is to update!
How do I get my free zone??
Never received my free calzone after my first order… done
Does not work
I have not updated to iOS 17.5, and neither do I plan on doing so. A recent update to this app does not allow you to access the ordering options unless you update the app, and the app update requires iOS 17.5, rendering the app useless to any device or user not running that version of iOS. I would hope that at some point in the future this restriction is removed.
