The app being available is exciting and great, but the app itself is clunky, not much more effective or useful than just going directly to the website on safari.
Terrible
This app is heinous and I would not use except for the fact that they force it on you for the Broadway series. It is constantly having issues connecting and retrieving tickets so I have to plan on downloading them to the phone days in advance because some days it simply doesn’t work. This has been a problem for years but lately it seems to be getting worse.

Needs major overhaul.
App rarely works correctly, even when updated. If it even works, it’s slow to load tickets.
Terrible!
This app is terrible. Not user friendly, difficult to transfer/send tickets to another person. I can’t find my account with an accounting of payments. Also unable to login online. I actually hate this app and I’m a season ticket holder for 10 years!
Not usable
No longer updates as of March and can’t access any of my tickets.

I’ve been able to use this to get into DPAC for the most part. It’s clunky but I’m used to it at this point.
Cannot login for over a year!
I’ve not been able to sign into the mobile app or my account in general for more than a year! Customer service has been NO help. I just keep getting passed from person to person only for each to tell me to the exact same thing that does NOT work! I’ve even gone to the DPAC for assistance with no luck! Not being able to sign into my account means that for my season tickets, I’ve had to contact customer service to send my tickets! How absolutely ridiculous is that!!! And while I get these emails to take advantage of member benefits for presale opportunities, I can’t even take advantage because I can’t freaking log in!!! I’ve lost all patience so I’ll post in every public channel I can until I’m heard and the issue is resolved.

Like Minecraft for tickets
This is like an 8 bit ticket app. It’s clunky, you have to log in three times to get to your tickets, and then sometimes when you try to add to your wallet you just get jibberish. It’s too bad there’s not like a technology hub nearby or something…
App dysfunction
The app is often going out and losing the tickets and the parking pass and then someone must take an extra 20 minutes to go stand in line and get printed tickets and a paper parking pass! This app is not dependable!
Doesn’t work on IPhone SE
I need this app to show the ticket that I’ve already bought, but this app won’t let me sign into my Ticketmaster account. Very frustrating
