I do have DPN devices then why do I need to buy subscription

No customer support
I used their deeper pico in the past and the connection was quite stable in that device, but using this app is useless, it takes a lot of time to connect and if the device is left unused for few minutes it disconnects…. Not gonna renew my subscription, apart from this I tried to reach customer care but no reply from them. Not recommended!
