Doesnt work. Keeps saying “try again” when I attempt to read a bar code

Consistently Logs Out
Concept is great, but every time I switch apps, or close the app, when i return to this app, it’s logged out, and I need to log back in 100% of the time.

Love this app, HOWEVER
Why does this app require to sign in every time I want to use it? And there’s no option to stay signed in or sign in through Face ID! Very annoying. Otherwise love this app and would have given it 5 stars.
Can’t set up account
I’m trying to set up account to be able to use the app. It won’t send me a code to sign up.

It’s a great app, I do hate that it doesn’t give a whole lot of other options of foods Thay would be good for you. Also it won’t scan everything. But it’s been super helpful just needs some work
Login Weary
The app is great, but it makes you login repeatedly, at times twice a day. There’s no reason for this; it’s frustrating!!!

Not a great app!
I was excited to use this app was disappointed with it. It did not detect canola oil in some of the pasta sauce I bought (good & earth brand from target). My husband told me that what I bought was not good when he scan the jar with another app he uses…had to return the pasta sauce…for this reason, I don’t trust this app anymore.

Please fix the app
Something has changed with this app. Everything you scan says it’s good even things I know have terrible ingredients. When I first downloaded this app in September 2025 it was not like this. Please please fix the bugs in this app. When this app is working properly, it’s a true game changer for eating healthy and losing weight.

Extremely fast, factual and descriptive. I use Dr.Berg supplements, this is a very useful addition to his brand. If enough of us educate ourselves and demand change, it will happen!
Glitchy after January 2026 update
Most items don’t scan and the photo used to read ingredients but doesn’t anymore.

Does not work
I was excited to utilize this app as part of my diabetes food selection process. Could not get the bar code scanner to work at all. Very disappointed
