All of the information found within these paid programs can easily be found on free and trusted resources such as raising children’s network. As for his active winding technique which is nothing more than lay flat for 2 minutes followed by 1 minute upright and repeat for 15 minutes will turn your sleepy baby into a wide awake baby at 3am. Dr Golly is nothing but a snake oil salesman. Save your money

Just quick and easy & a pocket resource for all the parenting questions I had on the daily
3 kids, all good sleepers now
We had some issues with sleep for all of our kids when we brought our third baby home. Access to sleep programs in all of the kids’ age brackets meant we could fix everyone’s sleep at the same time. Most importantly the program deleted any anxiety, meant we knew we were meeting the needs of each child and put my husband and I on the same page :)

Routine has been a game changer
Purchased the big baby sleep course, and the way it breaks down setting routines as well as self settling techniques, its very easy to understand. It really helped us with our 7 month old, now planning to take the next course in the series.
10/10 recommend!!
We used this app to purchase the little baby sleep program, which has been a godsend! It's helped me learn all about sleepy cues, wake windows etc, which has led to her sleeping through the night!!! I can't wait to use the app to learn about introducing solids next! 👏

The App has been super handy. I purchased the courses and used to read them on my laptop but having them on the App now makes it so much easier to just go through them any time anywhere!

We’re currently expecting and downloaded the Dr Golly Baby Sleep Program to get ahead and feel more prepared. So far, really impressed.
The app is straightforward to use and the advice is clear and practical without being overwhelming. It’s helped us understand what to expect and given us a solid plan going into those early months.
Obviously the real test will be once baby arrives, but as a preparation tool this has been very reassuring and worth it.

Great content - captions please!
Excellent content with guidance and reassurance.
The only negative is that I’m often doing the next level course while baby is contact napping so captions on the videos would help a lot.

Dr Golly has given us confidence as parents
We have completed the little baby sleep program and have now just moved onto the big baby sleep program and we feel like we understand what’s going on with our bubs development and have the tools to manage her sleep in a way that works for our family.
The app is great and has all programs plus additional resources in one place. It’s easy to navigate and the videos are so helpful.

I first found Dr Golly on Instagram and his advice immediately made me feel calmer. It’s clear, practical and easy to understand - exactly what you need when you’re sleep deprived and second guessing every tiny thing.
The app is such a lifesaver. The videos are straightforward and reassuring, and the FAQ section answers the questions you’re sometimes too tired (or slightly embarrassed!) to Google at 2am. The only thing is I wish I could listen on double speed (being ADHD) otherwise is great.
It genuinely helps you feel more confident and less alone. Highly recommend for any new parent needing reassurance and guidance.

Just what I needed
Easy to watch follow and put into practice, no brainer
Formatting issues
Information is good (although in some courses quite repetitive) but the app itself needs a bit of work with formatting eg pictures of charts etc that you can’t zoom in on or click making it almost impossible to read unless taking a screenshot and zooming in which is wasting time. Have also found it formatted better for a phone than iPad as the sizing doesn’t adjust accordingly.
