Only works occasionally
Bought this base specifically for the anti-snore technology but it only works on occasion. I snore every night and it rarely goes into snore position. Have contacted Customer Service several times to ask them how I can improve the anti-snore “detection” and I keep getting the “they are updating the app soon”. Have tried everything. Reloading app. Turned up microphone. Kept it off airplane mode. Check the Bluetooth every time I turn it on. Also, why are there 3 different slides to turn in the microphone? And one of them directs you to the “guide” where there are no instructions related to the app. Please fix whatever the issue is or better educate your customer service team to help!!!

Never Slept Better
This app is so easy to use! It’s user friendly and so easy to sync to your adjustable base. I love that I don’t have to hit my husband in the middle of the night now because he’s sleeping. The app makes the base adjust automatically! Highly recommend using this app!

Great App, Easy to Use
Overall the app is easy to use. Setup was very quick and simple. I’m very pleased with the experience so far! I can adjust my bed and turn on massage all from my phone!
Easy and AMAZING!
5 Stars! First of all the app was so easy to pair with my Dr. Oz adjustable base. And I love the snore detection feature that hears when I snore and automatically adjusts my base.
