Same problem.
I tried to restore purchases again but it only gives me a “error occurred” message. This happpens with most of your older games.

This game is fun but only if everything was free, I used to have this game and everything was free but now they made everything money really Come on Dr. panda we all know this game better

One of my favorite games from my childhood!
This game is one of my favorites when I was young. I used to play it nonstop, and it was like a spin-off of Toca Boca World, combined with Zootopia. It’s one of my favorites, and I’m redownloading it now! Thanks for creating something awesome, and I hope to see new games in the future!

Why does literally everywhere you can’t go in to it lets you go in to the toy shop and stuff is locked in there too I’m just really not sure from this game (bye)
Needs an update
I’ve had this game for 6 years and there has not been a single update!!! No offence but the characters are fat, it’s boring once you’ve looked everywhere that is free and the only realistic thing is that you have to pay to go to the cinema!!! Do not and I repeat, do not get this unless you want to be bored.

I’m going to start this by saying, I understand, putting some content behind paywall. When you download this app, out of the eight areas on the map, you get access to half of one area. Don’t waste your time. If you’re looking for a good free app for a younger child go with my play home. You have access to two full houses for free with the option of purchasing more maps.

This is such a fun game
But I’m gonna give it four stars because there’s a whole bunch of stores locked and if it cost money, it didn’t for me you guys probably have androids make you pay for a whole bunch of stuff. That’s why I hate androids on iPhone. It doesn’t cost money at all. It doesn’t cost money on fire either so if you guys have a fire tablet, then you’re lying you just take the game so much so shut your mouth.

Оплатили ребенку покупку в игре которая стоит 499 рублей, но как все было под замком так все и осталось и опять предлагает оплатить. Похоже на разводняк или мошенничество. Написать в поддержку в игре нет возможности!

Fun, but Too Many Locked Places
So basically what this is is if you don’t pay money, you can’t have this game. Unless all you want to do is have your character hang out outside the shops only! You have to pay money for basically everything in this game! I hate games like this. Remember and respect the free to play players. Acknowledge us! The game called Dr. Panda Town Tales: New Life is waaaaaay better. At least you have a little town for free in that game. Sure, there are many things you have to pay for in that one too, but at least they give you a few things for free. Get that game and don’t waste your time on this one.

Please fix this
I used to play this game like a few years ago and I bought everything in the game but now it doesn’t let me restore my purchases. When I go to the option it just says “An error has occurred. Please try again later.” Fix this. I definitely bought everything in this game years ago.
