Glitchy app / unusable

We pay the monthly subscription and it is always glitchy. We have to click restore purchases every now and then. Right now it does not work at all and when you try to contact support, it will not allow it. “Too many requests” is the message on the screen. This is quite upsetting for the children.

What happened to Family Sharing?

I purchased this explicitly because it said it supports family sharing. When I paid for the full subscription then shared with my child, it is asking me to subscribe again on her device. If sharing does not work, I’d like a refund. This will not work for my family this way. Deceiving.
