App has several bugs and is never able to connect to my insurance.

After asking me to update the app isn’t letting me log in. It sends the SMS and then says service unavailable. My dental appointment was auto canceled and this has not happened before. Please fix ASAP

Terrible
takes forever to load, gets stuck at the login page, doctor call using the e-service, doesn’t work as no one could hear me and then no one call back AND no recalling through the app.

بعد تحميل التطبيق و تسجيل الدخول اول مرة و إغلاق التطبيق و محاولة تسجيل الدخول مجدداً، تظهر صفحة فارغة و لا يمكن تسجيل الدخول.
ضجة وسمعة في غير محلها
للأسف التطبيق لا يرقى ان يكون لمستشفى خاص بحجم الحبيب وأعتقد انه تم إنشاءه في مركز صيانة كمبيوترات . تعليق وبطيء وبعض الأيقونات لا تفتح نهائيا

Laggy - Data Input Wrong
DOB IS WRONG! Medical reports of visits not available! Sick leave not uploaded! On top of paying them your hard earned money you have to chase basic admin procedures
LIVE CARE IS A SCAM
The app has many issues that has been going on for years. Live care is a nice service but 1-we cannot choose the doctor or at least know which one is available. 2-if we choose video call, there is no option to chat or send attachments. 3-waiting time is inaccurate and always longer than 45 minutes. 4-If there was an error with the call and you leave, there is no way to contact the doctor again and customer service do not answer the phone calls or WhatsApp messages. I just paid for an appointment and it’s gone. I feel scammed. 5-I have to log in each time I open the app. Why doesn’t it remember me and keep me logged in? 6-It is buggy and really needs an update. 7-There should be an easy way to see which live care doctor was contacting me. The calls should appear just like normal calls on the phone. 8-If there was an issue with the call, the app should explain what is the issue so we can fix it. 9-CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS TO BE BETTER!!! 10-If an appointment wasn’t successful due to issues from the app, the money should be automatically refunded.

App not allowing me to download reports again
This is the second time in a week that the app stops allowing me to download the lab reports. Very frustrating as I need to get them and pass on to people for evaluation. Please fix this asap.
