Hate seeing ERROR

I love it when it’s working. It hate that every other day it has an error. Not expecting that when I’m paying for an app.

Response from developer

"I love it when it's working" — noted. Dr. Victor runs heavy analysis on live data, and earlier versions turned any hiccup into an error on your screen. That's fixed: it recovers on its own now, and I know within minutes if anything fails for a real user. Update and give it another run — and if an error ever shows up again, mail@drvictor.app reaches me directly. — Dr. Victor

Error

The price is high and a lot is showing “error” you can try again

Response from developer

Fair review — late June was a rough patch. Version 1.2.0 had a bug in the pre-publish flow, and on July 1 an AI-provider timeout hit video analysis on top of it. Both are fixed: the server side same-day, the app side in 1.3.0. Update and give it another run — and if anything still errors, email mail@drvictor.app with what you were doing and I'll dig into your specific case. On price: the Creator plan is the entry tier and covers a full channel audit, daily trend alerts for your niche, AI video analysis, and script generation — tools that do half of this cost several times more. If your channel ever needs unlimited analyses across multiple accounts, that's what Pro is for. Start with Creator and let it prove itself first. — Dr. Victor

Error

When I put in a video to pre-analyze it doesn’t work half the time it says there’s an error

Response from developer

This is fixed in the latest update - thanks for flagging it. Pre-publish was erroring out on some videos. That's exactly what shouldn't happen right before you post, so I tracked it down and rebuilt that part. Update to the newest version and give it another run. Still hitting errors after that? Email mail@drvictor.app with the video you tried and I'll get on it. - Dr. Victor
