Unfair advantage

I’d like to say whenever I let’s say win a match i gain trophies however during matches I find it always hard to win and I would often lose as I get paired with players above my skill level and I find that the engineer is way too overpowered and when I open like ten bit packs I never seem to get any new troops! This game is super unfair and therefore isn’t as fun as I seemed in the ads!
