Stuck on the engine upgrading screen

I don't know what is happening with my game but I can't get out of the engine upgrading screen I even downloaded it again and it still doesn't work.HELP!

Stuck in tutorial

Game is good but after the first race I tried buying parts for the car in the tutorial but could not continue on because there was a message saying to "check your internet connections" although my connection was fine .
