Pretty fun but there’s some AWFUL stuff in the game

I mean its fun BUT THERE ARE SOME BUGS THAT ARE THE WORST for example there is 2 Different types of Gems Normal Gems and Paid Gems Normal Gems u get them from Somewhere like Beating Lvls And like Daily rewards But Paid gems is from paying to get this type of gem I Think its pretty DUMB and there’s one thing that bugs me is When you start playing the game With for example WiFi You can only play with that WIFI ONLY So that means after that you can’t play with like mobile data which is SO ANNOYING LIKE WHAT IS THAT! and the games Events are real hard For example I played the Killing machine Revenge Special battle And i STAND NO CHANCE I DID LIKE 0 DMG I had to Retreat! This is one of those not beginner friendly type of game Cuz the difficulty of the game But the game is really fun Recommend trying!

Pretty fun but its 100% Pay to Win and there’s some AWFUL Bugs

I mean its fun BUT THERE ARE SOME BUGS THAT ARE THE WORST And this game Pay to Win Sadly for example there is 2 Different types of Gems Normal Gems and Paid Gems Normal Gems u get them from Somewhere like Events And like Daily rewards But Paid gems is from paying to get this type of gem I Think its pretty DUMB and there’s one thing that bugs me in battle is how do u get Mana back? Like does it regenerate? For example u used a strong Move that costs a LOT of Mana and then u have like Small amount of mana left LIKE BRUH but the game itself is PRETTY GOOD

I have a neat idea for the game.

You did a final fantasy bewotv event, I think you should do a final fantasy 7 event with cloud as character you get after first chapter finished and Barret and Areth as the characters you get from 10 tickets at once in chance 15 times or 3000 gems for 15 times and in the second part it’s red 13 and Tifa for the same rule and in the third part it’s Sephiroth and Ramuh. (Idea for cloud his abilities are blade beam, Limit charge which enhances Omnislash’s attack power, and his coup de grace is Omnislash.) idea for red 13 you could retexture a great Sabre cat and make it unique and give it the name red 13 and give it new abilities. Also for ramuh retexture Kiryl no hat give him a robe replace his spear with a staff and make his abilities thunder, thundara, thundaga, lightning enhance, and his coup de grace is mega thunder storm which effects 9 spaces of the stage. The equipment is buster sword and the stats are +40 attack, areth’s staff and the stats are +30 mp, and tifa’s glove and the stats are +20 agility. I’m just recommending it for final fantasy fans. But it is a great game five stars for me.

Unquestionably great

A game with balance in mind in every way, for the daily player, for the casual player, multiplayer driven or self motivated gamer its got something for everyone. So many playable favorites from all of the games fans grew up with and tantalizing ease for those new to the franchise 5 star without doubt!

Great for Dragon Quest fans

This game is great for those who are fans of the Dragon Quest games as this includes many monsters and characters from the series. It could probably even be enjoyed by those who are not fans of the series as this is a unique game that lets you have characters that are of every shape and size while most are not even human. The story is very cute and quirky make me smile every time.

My new addiction

I’m not one for mobile games, but this is a blast. I’ve always been a huge Dragon Quest fan so maybe I’m bias but this game is colorful and fun just like the rest of the franchise. I enjoy the monster collecting aspect of it as well as the tactics and while the story isn’t the greatest thing ever, it’s definitely holding my interest and the characters are as lovable as dragon quest characters tend to be!

Very generous in the beginning

DQ Tact was very addicting in the beginning. You get lots of level up materials, upgrade materials, etc. Once that’s over, the grind begins and the game becomes a chore to play. All you can do is progress the story to a certain point (before it becomes too hard) and play all the little side missions. Playing in the arena is tough as you may only be matched with people way above you. Their teams are like 4 S rank (level 100+) characters that new players likely do not have. You just get wiped out and it doesn’t rematch you to a lower level team. There’s no way to progress in some of the arenas. That being said, I still do enjoy playing from time to time. Log-in bonuses can be great, such as free scout tickets for S rank team members.

Mediocre game horrible backup options

I have played this game in the past and wanted to get back into it. I linked my account with my google account awhile back, but now I got a new phone and when trying to access my old account I get an error. “ A backup cannot be created. Backup save data for a different device is already associated with this account.”
After researching this, I have to delete or do something on that old phone which I don’t have? Why? What kind of stupid and old/ antiquated way of logging in is this? I was going to give the game another shot, but I’m not starting over (especially when I payed a few into my last account) I shouldn’t have to go through so much trouble just to sign into my account!!!! Absolutely dumb.

Cute monsters and fun battles

Hands down the best free to play to game I’ve ever played. There is loads of free content, and while it does have cash shop none of it is essential to progress, there are no items or monsters that can’t be earned through just playing the game.

A treat for DQ fans

It’s a proper gacha game very directed to fans of the franchise. Although it has its own main story it is definitely more for fans to acquire their favorite characters. On that note it could be a good starter for new fans to get into the franchise and see what the DQ universe has to offer. Though I haven’t gotten to the heart touching story the main games tend to have it still is very much a cute and entertaining game. Can’t wait for the DQXI event, Veronica needs to be in my roster, if not the entire cast!

Sure there are Gotcha elements to the game.

Great game if you liked the arena aspect of DQ in past games. A game must make money to generate good content why is this difficult for people to understand. If you don’t want to buy in app purchases then don’t it’s cool they don’t take the money from you.

Horrible support

I love this game to the point that I played it hours and hours a day when it first launched.

I recently changed phone and I wanted to play it again since I had more storage. When I went to load my game my backup data had been deleted.
I tried contacting the support staff but in order to do that I have to have my numerical player I’d memorized along when numerous minute details of game play that no normal person would remember, just to send in a ticket for help. I even spent money on this game and now I can’t even play it

Gotcha

I personally loved the game until last update. Updated app and iOS to 15 at same time. Since then the app just immediately crashes. I filled out a form online about issue got generic response and basic troubleshooting steps did them again replied still not working and nothing. Started this game when first came out and spent more then I should’ve. Kept myself up in the rankings but with so long of an absence pointless now. So I write this review. Games good but service horrible.

Good, but could be better.

The game is fun, addictive at times. But there are a few downsides and the main one I see is the energy system. There’s no point in having it when you have to farm for items needed to rank up certain characters. More characters should be added to lower classes since we keep getting the same ones or instead allow us to turn those extra characters in for material needed to rank up characters.
Y’all should also add teams, team wars. It could be fun, the game usually doesn’t give it much difference on PVP with characters in similar levels, unless they’re super under leveled again the game is fun and addictive but it can be better.

Play Responsibly

Dragon Quest Tactics. Need I say more?? It follows suit with all other DQ game series from the core storylines. In addition to this it has added in features to where you have a random percentage to pull rates. So when you have purchase options for you please be responsible enough not to blow your entire paycheck. Also one of the reviews mentioned this was a great alternative for your commute to work. Ugh yeah! No!! Please do not play and drive at the same time. Huge mistake to be taking your eyes off the road.

Big Cash Grab

When you play a game that has great characters and charm, even a smooth game play, it doesn’t matter when you need to spend 100s just to get one character you like on a banner. This game has no pity system, no “on the 5th pull guaranteed” nothing to help you get the team you want. Unless your a whale (big spender) you will be stuck with a low budget team of crappy S ranks that despite their rank are garbage against the on banner S Ranks. And don’t let the free tickets and gems fool you, you’ll get garbage every time unless you spend ALOT. Not to mention to power up each character you need MULTIPLES of them... I just quit today n deleted this cash grab, save yourself the gambling addiction n money.

Amazing Tactics and Difficulty

Games are typically very easy these days... but not this one. I personally think this game deserves much more love because it’s very strategic and doesn’t spoon feed the players. You need to bring the right elements and types if you want to conquer the higher level content.

CASH GRAB!

When Dragon Quest Tact released it was fun, the characters were likable and resembled their pst and present forms. It felt you were engaging in nostalgia. However after only being released for two months in the US it’s apparent that Square Enix does what Square Enix always does. It makes their players spend ridiculous amounts of money just to be competitive. Asking players to spend on average $50 a month. The drop rates for acquiring the top tier characters is completely against you. Working hard and grinding levels to build your squad is part of the enjoyment of this game. But those characters can’t get you past certain points unless you BUY the top tier. The opportunities to acquire top tier characters are limited to twenty one days, then oh here you go try again with a completely new character and start all over.

Don’t listen to the whiners

This game visually speaking is simple and that’s what makes it beautiful. A beloved franchise and artist still here decades later for those who wanna see this franchise thrive. Complaints about micro transactions are kinda getting old. Just don’t buy them. You can play without it, and as far as the energy system goes, I’ve always seen that as a good thing. It ensures that I don’t waste to much time on it and leaves me excited for what I’ll do later once I have more energy for missions. In all this is a blast to play through out the day.
