I’m confused and a bit offended, but amazing game! Just could be more inclusive of the player imo
With that being said, the story leaves a lot to be desired for the actual player. We are constantly treated like a glorified, invisible camera crew. We do all the heavy lifting and beat the massive world bosses, only for Luminous and the other story characters to get 100% of the credit in the cutscenes. You have an anime and books for Luminous to be the main character—when we are roleplaying in a game, OUR characters should feel like the actual MCs!Worse, the game is completely un-inclusive to its female player base. My character is constantly referred to with "he/him" pronouns in the text. It completely breaks immersion and feels incredibly lazy on the localization team's part. Also, my girl is way too pretty to have zero actual romance opportunities with the story cast. Increasing your "Link" points doesn't mean anything if it never impacts the main story line.I still love the game enough to keep playing, but the developers really need to tweak the script and show the players some actual love. Stop ordering us around and treating us like side characters in a game we are actively playing!

I’ve been playing this game since lockdown,been off and on continuously and I absolutely LOVE the game. It does take a bit too much storage for a mobile game and I was wondering when it’d be available for console or pc. (If it is then please correct me!) i enjoyed the storyline , although I was a bit bummed out after realising we aren’t the mc and luminous was. I mean makes sense considering it’s accurate to the novel,but I wish our character had more attention you know? Sometimes it could be the most intense scene and everyone gets a say but we don’t! plus I really wanna know more about our backstory. I didn’t complete the game though so I guess that’s more my fault,sometimes I get stuck levelling up because some quests require high levels and it takes a WHILE levelling up idk if it’s a skill issue but.. another thing worth mentioning after the Japan (?) mission quest story whatever nothing makes sense like i was SO SO confused and most of the stuff wasn’t translated to English so that was an issue too, I just wish someone could explain the story to me since I haven’t read the actual novel😭😭 less negative stuff now this game is always somewhere in my mind and it’s so refreshing reliving the same memories. I absolutely love this game and it has stuck to me forever,wish I knew someone who liked this game as well so I could talk to them about it! Did make a cool friend though

Too many bugs
You contact devs regarding rewards for expedition tournament , it takes a month or two before they take any action. If they release a new game , forget getting your rewards. pay to win game. Even if you do topup they have bugs with that as well. They dont fix existing bugs They just add more content without fixing the old ones. playing for 5 years time to let it go i guess. topping up doesnt guarantee you get answers on their fb. They mostly ignore player inquiries. Seeing as how this game has so much potential i topped up but they put money first i didnt even get my rebates. they scam people now too.

Missing rewards due to maintenance - Support abandoned ticket
Giving 1 star because unannounced early server maintenance on June 17th caused severe data loss, wiping out my earned rewards instantly upon completing Deity’s Test (Honor 2 Difficulty) on Server S104-Alarm Bell. Missing items include x80 Paint cards, 1x Rune, and the "Heaven" title.
I contacted customer support immediately, and in early July, they officially stated they were forwarding my case to the tech team for a manual database log verification. Instead of resolving the issue, support let the ticket stall out. And they STILL haven’t gotten back to me. Unprofessional and BEYOND ridiculous at this point. I shouldn’t have to download Facebook to be likely to get a response back from you so you don’t ignore me. Players should not lose hard-earned rewards because of the developers' abrupt maintenance schedules, nor should they be ignored by customer service. Please check my server logs for June 17th and send my missing items to my in-game mailbox.
