Can’t even open the game
Ok just downloaded this game, as it looked to be a cool take on the classic tiles. Unfortunately it will not load, it keeps giving me the error unable to fetch player info. Since I just downloaded it not sure what player info it it looking for?
I’m on an iPhone 16 pro max, so if it’s looking for Apple info, that shouldn’t be an issue. I also have the Google play app for apple installed, if it need that its available as well, but I would expect a prompt of some kind. 
At a complete loss, only option is to remove it at this point. Until devs can give me some idea of what the issue is. I hate to give an app, any app a one star, but if I cant load it, I can’t really give it any other evaluation. As a former dev myself I understand the amount of work a dev team puts into its product. Hopefully this is just another iOS issue which isn’t uncommon when a new iOS is released. FYI Devs I am running iOS 26, I was running iOS 18.6 but it had too many glitches so now I’m on iOS 26 which is a lot better but a lot of apps are still playing catchup. Which I hope is the case here. That or it is another common issue familiar to devs called “User Malfunction”, this occurs when the user think they know more then the devs…
